I recently applied for a job that a license to carry is required. Then I applied for my license to carry which I was denied because of my juvenile record. I had multiple cases they where expunge expect one. Was wondering if I can get that one expunged also.
Probably not. Generally you can only expunge one case ever. Juvenile cases are little different, but the fact that multiple cases were expunged probably prevents you from expunging this one now.
If you have gotten multiple cases expunged you can try getting this one expunged by I'm not sure if you will actually be able to. It varies from County to County. Try checking with the court of the County you reside in.
