Adultery has nothing to do with property issues. Property is to be divided 50/50. You may have a reimbursement claim for community money used for his affair during the marriage.
I'm not sure what you mean by "get him on adultery." Assuming the divorce is final and final periodic support is no longer an issue, then the adultery may no longer be relevant.
