I am not sure what legal standing you would have to dispossess the former girlfriend's of her ownership of a real property she owns with your boyfriend.
Your boyfriend may have legal bases, at least to ask the court to determine who owns what for the real property.
"she has never paid a dime she was very abusive, has mental issues ,tried running him over". All that may be true and yet she likely has a legal interest in the real property.
If her name is on the title to the property without any limitation as to her ownership, she has a share of the property equals to the number of owners on the title.
