Can I get kicked out of college for a drug possession arrest? I was not convicted?

Each school has their own policies. By the way yuou likely can petition in 4 months ( if a CD, if completely dismissed you can petiton immediately) but it takes 6 more months after petition to take the entries down.
Yes they can kick you out of college and you must look at your student handbook and policies that the school has, as you may even be required to report the offense to the school. I hope this has taught you a lesson stay off of drugs unfortunately all they can do is get you in trouble and ruin your future for a momentary high. At times it may seem like everyone is doing them but if your goal is to go to college and excel in life then you must excel above everyone else and that means not following and being better.
