Can I get evidence excluded from trial if it has wrong date?

A judge would likely rule that the error is minor and doesn’t make the evidence excludable, but a skilled lawyer will be able to argue to the jury that an error like that is a huge problem and ruins the credibility of the whole case. Good luck!
The state has to prove that this meth was taken from your house. The wrong date may make that hard unless they can establish a chain of custody.
