I got adopted by a family whom were mentally abusive and at times also physically abusive for three years. In December I ran away and after talking to my legal guardians, they allowed me to move in with my grandparents but they still have rights over me and won’t let me get emancipated. If i can prove I have a legal steady income and place to stay at, is it possible to get emancipated without their signatures?
You must show you are self-supporting to become emancipated.
Unlikely you will be granted the emancipation.
However, since you are residing with your grandparents, because they have physical custody of you, you and them can go to Probate Court, and file for a Guardianship, and they will then become your legal guardians.
