I live with my aunt but my Grandparents would not be a good place for me to get along with.. And the judge doesn’t want me with my dad because I got in trouble living there and my mom lost custody of me
In order to be emancipated you must be able to prove that you are self-sufficient--that you can support yourself. Usually only kids that have inherited a lot of money, or have earned it like being a champion ice skater can prove this. So it would seem that your aunt's home is ok. She should speak with an attorney about this.
