As a 16 year old, you'll need to show how you would support yourself among other factors. As suggested by Mr. Gillespie, please call the Department of Children and Family Services if you are being abused. Meanwhile, keep up your great grades. You have less than two years until you are 18. Do everything possible to keep up the good work!
It is not clear what "reclaimed responsibility" means. Were you living with your father? Emancipation depends on your age, your ability to actually support yourself and your parents' attitude towards it. Nothing you listed sounds like abuse. If you are actually being abused you can call DCF. Most of this depends on your age.
I am sorry that at the young age you have to deal with this.
I would suggest changing your question to family law to get more direct answers from practitioners who do more of this, as the category juvenile got directed to criminal law.
Further, you should discuss these issues with a trusted adult to be able to guide you, a relative you can speak to (grandparent/ aunt / etc) or a teacher, guidance counselor, principal, assistant principal, or dean of students, (Guidance counselors are usually trained to assist you despite the fact that you may see them as not relevant to you, they are trained to help and they have access to information that may directly assist you in your situation) or a pastor at the church.
All may be able to actually help you and get your help sooner than later because they may be able to act to get you out of your situation and take you from harms way while you work on your game plan.
All of these suggestions are probably better than a group of lawyers from the internet, as we are not in a position to do anything for you, other than give you some general direction.
If you are ever in fear for you life or if you feel physical harm is about to be inflicted upon you, then you should contact the police to assist, although you should understand that they are not helpful in resolving your family situation, they will only diffuse an immediate situation.
I hope some FLorida Family attorneys can assist you.
