Can I get custody of my granddaughters if they have been taken in by CPS if I had a CPS case 10 years ago and no child crimes.?
Please help and advise

You had custody of your granddaughters but could not meet the terms required by the system to keep them. Your only hope now is to hire an attorney to represent your interests, and work with the CHILDREN'S attorney to see if you can qualify for guardianship or find a way to qualify for kinship foster parenting despite your record. Find out when the next court date is, and make sure you attend.
