Can i get annulmant with divorce benefits when forced to sign marriage certificate in Vegas while having absence seizures i m not sure marriage date i think 2009 June and it was never consummated in any way and we were separated within the first three months?
You can either choose to annul your marriage (and, thus, no "divorce benefits," which I am assuming you mean spousal support, property division, etc; but, please correct me if I am mistaken) or file for divorce (and, thus, get the aforementioned "divorce benefits").
