My step father is the man who raised me and I call my father. I bought a antique truck from him about a mouth before he died. We never got the title transferred. His death was unexpected. He didn't have a will so his sisters received his estate. While they acknowledge that I bought the truck and it's my property they are not willing to help get the title transferred. What can I do?
You may need to consult a probate attorney. A probate case had to be opened for him, so your attorney could ask the court to order title transferred to you.
