I am 25 almost 26, I went thru pti 4 years ago and took a weapons class. I received my certificate and fingerprints to get my cwp. Can I still get it although I didn't get it expunged?
Totally depends on what you were convicted of, which you do not say. And, typically, PTI means no conviction ever happened anyway since it is pre-trial (or before trial) intervention. So if you completed it successfully, you never got a conviction, just a dismissal.
