My boyfriend and I and my 3 yr old little girl were involved on the 9th of march in an incident with a title loan repossession. The repossession broke the disturbance of peace laws by atleast four. Damage to his vehicle by hitting us as we tried to leave the nonverbal refusal by the consumer destroying property blocking the vehicle while my daughter and I was in it also. When we tried to leave my place of residence coming from Walmart grocery shopping af about 11:25pn the night of march 9,2017 we were ambushed with the tow truck trying to tow our vehicle he proceeded to turn down my corridors and harass us. Jason cook the owner of the vehicle thy came to repossess due to a title loan theyvwas taking out in December. He told them what u doing here this is private property I want you to leave they said they had orders for the truck he said he already made a verbal agreement with the loan star title people to pay on it when income tax came in they said they had to check on it. The truck was never shut off the engine stayed running my daughter and I preceded to stay in the vehicle we never got out to look at the vehicle or the tow truck driver but we were in there. Felony criminal
