Can I get a business shut down for endangering employees?
My sister in-law works at a privately owned used car dealership. She has been working the for about 2 years and we have started to figure out that the business is run very poorly and that the owner has been getting drunk with some of the employees multiple days a week during the day and allowing my sister in-law to drive home drunk countless times. Our family is worried she will be injured badly driving drunk and i am wondering if there is anything I can do such as calling the ICC or BBB and reporting the company and if that would truly help the situation.
