I change my status b1/b2 for f1 one year ago, I already have EAD for work outside campus and my social security number, I can work just 20 hours a week, my question is can I get advance parole for travel outside of USA ?
People on F can not get advance parole. Instead you will have to get a F-1 visa stamp in your passport when you go home.

Advance Parole travel doc. is only for those individuals who have already applied for "adjustment of status" a.k.a. "green card" - cannot be issued to F-1 students.
F-1 students can depart and be readmitted on a valid F-1 visa obtained from their home country US consulate.
