My wife was served Dec 2018 but never responded (only acknowledged receiving the files). I have bee trying to work with her towards an agreement for this past year. But she hasn't been cooperative and simply doesn't want to divorce. We have no kids and we have a very short marriage (married Dec 2017). She moved into my house so not much asset to split. Question - can I file true default? And how long will it take to hear the judgment? Thank you
Yes, you can take her default. As to how long it will take no one here can tell you that.
This is general advice. You are anonymous. If you PM me i won’t know what it’s about.
