My child's father did not want custody or any visitation with our daughter. At the Child Custody hearing, the Judge approved his request to relinquish visitation/custody rights. Since I will be providing 100% of the care of the child, can I file for more child support or is it just the 17%? We have a child support agreement in Family Court already. where he pays $50 per week to CSCEU.
If you have an agreement then it will be hard to get more. Additionally the Court should be bound by the guidelines.

Did he exercise his visitation rights when the current order of support was entered? Did the court deviate from the CSSA guidelines in the current order of support? Is he currently paying 17% of his current adjusted gross income? How old is the current order of support?
