It would appear the only plausible claim you may have may be for sexual harassment, though it may be too late to file a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which is a necessary requirement before you can sue. There is no law against an employer treating you badly or being mean to you, e.g., "talking down to you like a kid" etc. You can't sue for that.

It may be that the statute of limitations has not run out yet on your ability to file a wrongful termination suit based on harassmsment. The fact that you quit may not be a problem if you can demonstrate that you had no choice due to the hostile work enviornment. You should make an immediate appointment to speak with an experienced employment attorney.
