i currently have custody of her two children, she is on drugs, and the judge put an no contact order in so she cant see or talk to her kids. she calls threatening me she harasses me on facebook, and my phone
Generally a private person cannot "file" criminal charges. You can, however, file a police report in order to begin prosecution. If she is making threats of bodily harm, take no chances. Call the police immediately.
