my attorney did not properly file my brief or include important information in the PCRA he file
If you withdraw the appeal you may jeopardize your claim. At a certain point you have to take your attorney's advice--they may have valid reasons for not doing what you want.
I am pretty sure that I responded to this question posted under "litigation"...what you do is make a motion to amend the brief or file a corrected brief. If you have an attorney insist that he do so.
