This person refuses to speak with me, i want him to tell me what took place and why. He has said once if I dont stop texting him he will get police involved. I hvae texted him a handfull of times in a 2 month period, not a crazy amount. I want to take it a step further and counter his threat with a civil suit of "Wrongful interference of marriage". Even if it doesnt make it to court, i still want some record of me filing against him and the reason why.
You should not contact the person anymore, and leave them alone. You are creating a potential harassment case against yourself, and the police could get involved. If anything, this is an issue between you and your wife. Sorry.
There is no cause of action in Ohio for this.
