I'm sorry if it's taken me a few extra minutes to answer this question. I just had to stop laughing before I could type.
Are you ACTUALLY asking this question? Do you REALLY need an attorney to tell you that it's not ok to fight someone?
OK, I'll tell you. No, you cannot fight your teacher, even if it's outside of school. First, because the only real connection you have to him is through school, you WILL be suspended, or possibly even expelled, no matter where the fight actually occurs. In addition, a fight is a public disturbance, so the police would likely get involved and you could face criminal charges.
It really doesn't matter if you think you can "take him" or not.
If you believe this teacher is that disrespectful to you, you should meet with your guidance counselor. The counselor can help you deal with your feelings about the teacher, and might also be able to have a talk with the teacher to try to improve the situation.
But don't go fight him. Or anyone.
