I was arrested on DUI charges with a level of 0.12. I am full time employed for a car dealership and also drive uber and lyft part-time. Can I pursue removal?
A removal of a DUI? - that's not a legal term so I'm not sure what you mean.
Is your case still pending? Did you plead guilty yet? If you've already pleaded guilty, it's done, but if the case is still open, you can hire an attorney to help fight the case.
I am licensed attorney in Washington and California who focuses Serious DUI Cases such a 2nd DUIs, 3rd DUIs, 4th DUIs, and Felony DUIs and DMV hearings. I also have much experience handling car accident cases. Although the information I provide is helpful, it is not legal advice. Although Avvo makes it clear to consumers that attorney answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship, some attorneys prefer to add their own disclaimers to answers. You can set your custom disclaimer here and it will be automatically added to your answers. Do NOT include any direct solicitations or contact information.
I have changed to DUI/DWI so CA Licensed DUI attorneys can offer you advice on fighting your DUI.
Peace be with you, and may love guide you.
First you have to deal with your dui in the criminal court and the DMV. You should hire an attorney immediately.

I assume from this question you mean that you want to try and get the charges dismissed or reduced. One might say that this is what some of us do for a living. Call a local DUI lawyer discuss your case with them. There may be a way to get the charges reduced and it sounds like you have a lot on the line.
