The pull over was from 2 years ago. I was pulled over because i had a bracket around my license plate. Keep in mind in from ohio traveling through kansas coming home. The police offier did not stop at look at my license plate or anything, he came up to my window to tell me that having a bracket was illegal based off of ksa 8-133. He then asked me to step out of my vehicle and put me in his car. So he later gave me a verbal warning and sent me on my way. Is there anyway i can file some kind of documentation fighting the verbal warning???
If no ticket or citation, really nothing to fight.
