I was given a citation for 18 over the posted speed limit, not in a construction zone. The time of my citation was at 2:30pm, the last radar calibration read 14:16. That's 3 minutes after the citation. Is there any contest to this
Also the coordinates do not match the location of the citation, would that matter.
The last calibration is to verify that the device was working. If the device failed the calibration test you'd have something. As to the location it probably references the location of the offense, not the stop.
But there are other things out there that might give you a shot at trial. Contact a local traffic lawyer and you can see about that as well as your options for keeping it off your record. Good luck.
