I went to court paid the fine and for traffic safety school. I took the class and have the certificate but it is still showing on my record. Can I fight this?
Probably worth a try. You would have to ask the judge to vacate the conviction and reinstate supervision
Did you do what you were supposed to do within the time limits given? That’s where most people drop the ball... late compliance. Either way a motion to vacate the conviction or to reinstate court supervision is in order. Go to the clerk of the Circuit court and thyell walk you thru it. Good Luck!
