Moved out of my parents house into my friends house in a different school district can I enroll myself into the school that’s closer to me, I am 18.
At age 18, you are considered an adult and should be able to enroll in the school district in which you are now residing if either you, your friend, and/or your friend's parents are paying all of your expenses. If your parents are still paying your expenses, then you will not be allowed to enroll there without paying tuition for an out-of-district student (presuming that they wil enroll you at all).
