I was wondering if I’m even able to end the child support order even though I get assistance. My daughter is only 2 years old so her father would be on child support for a while and does not want to be anymore. He hasn’t paid anything towards the child support order yet. Is there a way for me to terminate the order?
No, the child support order can't be terminated. This is just a general statement. Discuss it with the CSEA and your attorney for your specific situation.
This answer is for general purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
