I was caught failing to stop at a stop sign, and I was also by myself in the car while holding just a learners license being 18 years old already. Now I already have a drivers license, could I go to court to defend myself and show that now I have a drivers license or that is not an option?
(I received 2 tickets, one for the stop sign, the other for not having someone in the car with me)
It is always your option of whether or no you want to represent yourself or hire an attorney.
