brothers gfs dad I lived with. I wanted to leave that house and I explained why. And my parents dropped me off I went into house I lived at. I packed my stuff and he grabbed me and shoved me really hard against the wall I showed zero aggression and prior to him verbally screaming in my face to stay here and talk as he wanted to either hurt me or kill me idk. So my back hit something it hurt but I stuck my butt out to hit the wall and not my back cause I have an mma career and furniture moving. So he grabs me and holds me and yells in my face. I had my hands up and family came downstairs his and mine and he saw witnesses and let me go, but then I saw his wife lock the doors tryna trap me in the house, As the father looked at the families I opened the door escaped and ran to my dad. He drove me away and he sprinted and blocked the gate from us escaping. Then the mom made false claims accusations I was killing him and so much slander and lies that 7 witnesses cases didn’t match to her lies. Is that against the law to kidnap me? attemptive framing lying to cops. And can I charge for assault cause it caused a lot of humiliation and trauma to my mental health. And to miss work
If you feel there was a crime, report it to the police. They will conduct an investigation and may ultimately charge someone with a crime, or not, depending on the facts they are able to uncover. Charging decisions are for the prosecutor. You will have little say in that.
There may be a civil suit after the investigation is done, It would be wise to retain an attorney now to advise you if you can. If you are a minor, you will need the assistance of an adult guardian or your parents.
These comments do not establish an attorney-client relationship, and are intended to assist you in deciding whether to hire a personal attorney practicing in your area and this field of law.
