We are on family owned Land, my Aunt is selling her land for 10,500 to some we don't know. Not taking in consideration that they could be not so good people. Now she is telling me that I have signed and Easement before they buy it. So I was wondering can I charge them? Also can I draw up term that they would have to agree to sign ?
