I was not aware of all the allegations That DCF was accusing me of until I read the reports that I received after I made the plea of consent. All the accusations are untrue and I want to know can I reverse my plea to fight this case?
Were you charged with a crime in criminal court (in which case this is a criminal appeals question) or did you enter into a consent decree in dependency court (in which case this is a civil appeals question)?
Either way this is a appeals question (civil or criminal) and yoiu need an appeals lawyer.
I will re-categorize this question for you from "criminal defense" to appeals in the hope that A) you will get a competent answer and B) I will have been helpful to you.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
