My mother and biological father got a divorce early into my childhood after that my mother took my sister And i and she then got married to another person. This person now is my adopted father as of 2017. Is it possible for me to get my guardianship switched to my biological father?
Yes, it is possible. If you want your biological father to be your legal father again, he would have to adopt you. If you are a minor, your step-father's rights would have to bet terminated for that to happen. If you are an adult, no termination would be necessary.
If you are a minor and are wanting your biological father to have custody of you, he would have to hire an attorney and file for conservatorship. (In Texas, we usually use the word "guardianship" to refer to legal care of an elderly or disabled person.)
All the best!
