I was arrested for d.v. assault 4. We were already discussing who was moving prior. The judge wrote out order today at arraignment for no contact. Therefore I cannot go home and reside where my child and I live. After being released I got a civil standby and saw that she is already half way out and is in fact moving. I would like to return home where I conduct business out of my house. I can get a letter from the landlord stating that she moved.
You should be able to get the order modified to allow you at the residence since she is leaving. Get it done. I suggest you get an attorney to help you with your criminal charge
If properly presented to the judge, you could obtain a modification of the no-contact order. Best course of action would be to retain experienced legal counsel with this matter.
