). I am an LPR who filed an F2a for my son last year 2016 when his still 20years old.
). Still waiting for his F2a to be current. My son in the Phil.
). By the time it will be current his over 21yrs old and do not want to wait anymore.
). Can i cancel his F2a petition so that he will not loose his 10years valid B1/B2 visa.?
). If i can cancel F2a petition. How do i do it?
). My reason to cancel is for him to keep his B1/B2 visa and not wait for long time for F2a to be current.
You could always ask the revoke a visa petition that you filed. Whether the visa will affect his current B1/B2, and whether revoking it will help, is another story.
