I work in laundry department for a hotel at my job for over a year. I completed my 90 probation period 7 months after I was hired. I asked for a raise and they decided to promote me up in laundry but not as a supervisor or a manager. I am now being told I am on a 30 day probation period and won't get a pay raise until finished. Can they do that even though I completed my 90 days and been there for over a year.
