1st DUI. All of my fines are paid and I've already served the required jail time. I was also required to do 48 hrs community service and a M.A.D.D class witch I will not be doing either of those thus why I would be violated. Would that stop me from getting my D.L after the one year suspension period??
I would suggest contacting the District Attorney's office in CO and requesting that you finish your community service hours and take your MADD class here. Try to remedy the situation or have the attorney who represented you do so before worrying about extradition. Handling this situation before you are in violation of your probation will likely save you a lot of time, money, and worry.
I would be more concerned with how much jail time I would be sentenced to for not completing all the probation conditions. Once you are extradited and facing the Violation of Probation, I suggest you consult with your Attorney for the details on your Driver's License reinstatement. Good Luck!
If you had an attorney for the TN DUI you should try and coordinate with him/her doing community service and the MADD class in CO. You don't want a warrant hanging over your head as it will eventually catch up with you.
