There is this ad for a bullet proof glass company right? And if you break the glass you can get 3 million dollars, but only if you break it. So I was wondering if I went up to the glass and attempted to break it with a hammer could I be arrested ( for having a hammer on my person) or ( something else). Thanks.
You cannot be arrested for possessing a hammer. You can be arrested for threatening someone with a hammer or for damaging someone else's property with a hammer.
