Was charged with welfare fraud got 2 years probation can I get my emt certificate with this charge in Florida?
This is not an expungement question; It is an administrative / regulatory / licensing question, and no lawyer can tell you whether or not you will be licensed as a EMT.
If you want to increase your odds at getting a competent answer then you should ask the only folks who can provide you an answer, to wit: the FL Dept. of Health. For your convenience I have attached a link to their website below.
Please see: http://www.floridahealth.gov/licensing-and-regulation/emt-paramedics/index.html
Note that applications for licensing for the DOH require disclosure of sealed and expunged records (please see item # 5 at the following link: http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Seal-and-Expunge-Process/Entitled-Agencies.aspx ).
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in properly re-directing your question.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
