I was served with eviction documents that have been filed with the court and worked out a payment arrangement with the Attorney's office for a payment plan. I finish paying the second half this Friday the 17th, but I know that the Eviction is now showing on my public record. This will prevent me from renting in the future and I do not want this to hurt. What can I do to have this removed ASAP?
