I am 56 year old male with a 7th grade education. Had a MRI and it shows herniations at multiple levels, there is neural foraminal narrowing at multiple levels, which prevents me from doing certain activities. Can't seem to hold down a job for to long because of chronic pain that occurs announce, which leaves me having to rest for long period of times, days, weeks to recuperate which in turn causes me to lose my place of employment. Thanks
Yes you can apply and would likely have a good case. Still, I suggest you speak with a good social security lawyer who can help with the application and see the case through to a successful outcome.
answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Speak to a representative as soon as possible. Provide them with a copy of your MRI scan, a list of medical providers you have treated with in the past 1-2 years, and the type of work you have performed in the last fifteen years. This will allow them to provide the best advice and course of action. Good luck!
