Currently on F1 visa with valid CPT. Husband is Permanent resident and we filed for adjustment of status and have receipt of Form I-130. Question is am I eligible to submit my application of EAD with this pending status?

Has your visa number become current? If so you can file an I 485 and I 765. If no, then you are not eligible for an EAD, please keep your visa status current.
