I was seeking asylum in 2011 I was lost my previous wife in Africa now I remarried again my wife seeking affirmative asylum our question is can we added each other in our asylum application when I am in removal preceding before immigration court?
You can add your spouse to your asylum application when you file, but if you are already in removal proceedings you absolutely need to contact an immigration attorney to properly lodge a defensive asylum application. If you do not have a strong case for asylum, I wouldn't suggest adding her to the application.
I concur with the recommendation of my distinguished colleague. If you do not retain counsel, you will have little to no chance of succeeding. This is very complex and technical. You need to retain an immigration attorney to handle all immigration proceedings. This prevents errors that can sometimes prove costly and may even be irreversible. Use AVVO's Find a Lawyer tool to select a qualified attorney. Good luck.
