You can accuse anyone.
You can sue anyone.
Whether you have any kind of claim ( which is highly doubtful) will depend on what you can prove regarding what duty TW owed you.
If you cannot estimate the loss, there would be no point in suing.
NOT LEGAL ADVICE, NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE ATTACHES, FOR INFORMATION ONLY. DO NOT RELY ON ANY ADVICE YOU RECEIVE FROM ME OR ANY OTHER ATTORNEY IN THIS FORUM. Legal advice comes after a complete review of the facts and relevant documents and an expressed (written) agreement of representation that forms attorney-client confidentiality. Neither of these two events can occur in this forum. Mr. Rafter is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the US Federal Courts in Virginia. His answers to any Avvo question are rooted in general legal principles--NOT your specific state laws. There is no implied or actual attorney-client relationship arising from this education exchange. You should speak with an attorney licensed in your state, to whom you have provided all the facts before you take steps that may impact your legal rights. Mr. Rafter is under no obligation to answer subsequent emails or phone calls related to this or any other matter.
Did you read your contract as I previously suggested?

What are you going to accuse them of? Not letting you continue to use their email service for free after two years? Why not contact them and ask nicely for limited access to your account for a brief period (even offer to pay if you have to) and switch over to gmail.
I am a former Brooklyn Criminal Court Deputy Bureau Chief with over 18 years experience specializing in handling criminal cases. All answers are for information purposes only. Answering this question or any future questions does not form any attorney-client relationship. Be mindful, that answers are limited by the limited facts presented by the questioner and are not meant to take the place of competent legal advice by an attorney fully informed of all the facts surrounding your case. Also, be aware that nothing posted in a public forum such as this can be deemed confidential or privileged communication.
