Ok, I'm in Texas. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. My best friends wife is extremely abusive. Well my sister, her boyfriend and both of my nephews went to their house last night hung out and stayed the night there. This morning my sister, her boyfriend and my best friend went to the donut shop or store or something like that anyway when they pulled up in the driveway his wife ran the passenger seat and punched my sister in the face 3 times.
Rewind to 3 am in the morning:
The husband passed out on the couch around 3 am. His wife was pissed about it and punched him while he's asleep a few times in the face/nose causing him to bleed then pulled him off the couch smacking his head on the coffee table and continued to beat him up. My question is: can I press charges for what she did to my sister? I've know the wife for over 10 years and she has always been.. well, for lack of a better word, Crazy! She's the type that swings screaming and uncontrollably at the husband while he's driving. This has happened more time than I can count. Few times on the highway and the rest on main roads or residential streets. Have no idea how we didn't wreck. Guess the husbands used to it.
You can call the police and ask but the victims need to call the police and report it.
