Do you still have the act of donation? Was it executed in front of a notary and two witnesses? If so, then as to your parents, you own the property. But if not, then the donation likely does not conform to the legal requirements and is null. You need to speak to an attorney who can better advise you after seeing all docs.
If the donation to you is not recorded then you do not own the land. If you still have the donation or deed you should record it. If not then yes he can evict you from the property because he owns it. Paying taxes or claiming homestead exemption with the tax office gives you no rights to the property.
Every situation is different and you should consult your own attorney to go over all the particular facts in your case. The answer given is only intended to provide general guidance regarding rights and responsibilities.
