Not at this time. They are working on expanding VAWA protections, but for now, you may be able to qualify for a work permit. If you were hurt or the acts you were subjected can be qualified as domestic violence, you may have a chance with a U visa.

You need to have been battered or subjected to extreme cruelty by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse or parent ... not a person on H-1B.
