Can cps take my child for living in a hotel ?

Why do you ask? Did a CPS caseworker recently approach you? I think it depends on the facts. Do you leave the child alone at the hotel when you work? Is the hotel in a high-crime area? Do you let your child leave the room to play outside, where there are unsavory characters and crime? Do you have past CPS history involving drugs or other situations? Is the child enrolled in school? I think living in a hotel is a factor that when combined with other factors could lead to CPS involvement.
