My case went from Child Protection to Child In Need. They never took my child because he was never present or hurt during fights I had with their father - plus other reasonable accounts. Over the year of the case being opened, me and the father was doing very well working with the services they offered and each professional was happy with our cooperation and developments. They felt confident enough to shut down the case. However, now me and the father have made a mends, we want another child but are afraid they will get involved again. Is this correct? Is another child a servant to their system if we do have another?
