My daughter has had her rights taken from other kids in one state. But she is pregnant again and is moving to a new state will the hospital flag still apply in that new state? And can they use the old state to take away the new baby?
The child protective services, DFACS, etc., in the new State would need to have sufficient independent evidence to possibly take the newborn child into custody; they couldn't simply do it because another State's agency wants them to.
